The house
The house was built in early 1900 on the site of an older and smaller house. The house consists of three floors, and each floor is an independent apartment. In 2006/2007 the house has been completely renovated. We have replaced the electrical and water systems, floors, doors and windows. The ground and second floor apartments are used by the owners. The first floor aparment is rented for short stays.
The first floor has a living area (ingresso and soggiorno) with fitted kitchen (cottura) , a large terrace outside soggiorno and camera overlooking the lake, two bedrooms (camera) and two bathrooms, the blue bathroom with bath tub and the yellow bathroom with shower.
